• Billing Contracts: Set up billing contracts with partners, Manage billing contracts and partners with ease. Define contract start and end dates, currency codes, payment terms, and dimensions. Customize partner lines to reflect different billing requirements for each partner. Manage and track changes with contracts the use of annexes.
• Billing Account Management: Billing account represents a document template that define details, such as document type, currency code, payment terms, services or items being billed, fixed or variable document quantity and amount, variable data calculation, price list and discounts, recurrence (Day, Week, Month, Year, Quarter, ½ Month) time interval for creating of sales documents, start and end date for document creation and dimensions.
• Variable Data Management: Enter and manage variable data used in billing execution, with options for manual entry or copy/paste from Excel.
• Billing Segments and Groups: Organize billing accounts into segments and groups for easier management and execution.
• Billing Execution: Create, post, and print sales documents from billing accounts. Monitor the status of all documents created during the process and handle errors efficiently.
